Our production process
Our unrivalled production process means that every KlickFloor tile is created with our unique multi-layer technology; formulated to create the ultimate hard-wearing floor. Manufactured on a purpose-built production line, this multi-layered technology offers exceptional resilience, appearance and thermal protection for our customers.
To the strong backing layer which ensures dimensional stability, we apply a printed design layer, followed by a Protectonite PU transparent wear layer. This offers extra resilience against scuffs and scratches, as well as a moisture-resistant and uniquely-textured finish.
