Payment Information
KlickFloor accepts payment through PayPal. When you place an order with KlickFloor, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. We will then check the price and availability of the goods. If we accept your order, we will email you again to confirm that a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing, or description mistake, we will advise you of this and there will be no contract between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. Once payment has been received your order will be processed.
Offers and Promotions
We may from time to time offer promotions on some of our product ranges. All promotions and offers are, unless otherwise stated, strictly one per household and are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to change the details of a promotion or withdraw a promotion at our discretion.
Delivery Considerations
Deliveries are made on your requested day approximately between the hours of 9am to 5pm. Unfortunately requests for an E.T.A (Estimated Time of Delivery) are at the drivers discretion. Where possible we will advise you at the time of order of approximate delivery lead-times, exceptions may apply.
All delivery services are made by van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options.
If your order arrives as arranged but we're unable to deliver because there's nobody home, there's inadequate help available, the goods are refused, or the order is cancelled whilst in transit (goods are in transit 24hrs before the chosen delivery date) you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries is an £ 85.00 minimum or £ 0.70 per kg, whichever the greater.
It is important to check the packaging for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival. If you are unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier’s paperwork. We also strongly suggest that you contact us directly as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem.
We cannot be responsible for any consequential losses, therefore we advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked.
Returns and cancellations
We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase from us, we pride ourselves in supplying top quality goods at great value. However, sometimes things don't go to plan and we understand that people change their minds.
If necessary, you can cancel your full order with us at any time up to 2 days before the day of delivery for a full refund of your products. We are also happy to accept back any flooring or accessories you have left over after completing your installation for a small 15% restocking fee (restrictions may apply). To do this, please contact us and we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods. If you wish to return any goods they must be complete, unused, and in "as new" condition.
If you wish to return any goods you must ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you have opened any boxes to examine the product we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed for the product. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge accordingly.
If you wish to return your order within the 14 day period you must return the goods to us at your own expense. All returns must be accompanied by a valid returns authorisation number which can be obtained from our office. You will need to return the goods back to us via your chosen courier and must be returned to:

Fault claims
To avoid unnecessary delays and inconvenience to you it is important to check each board before installation to make sure you have the right product and to check it is without fault or damage. If you are unfortunate enough to notice a fault before installation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will deal with the matter as soon as possible and in accordance with your legal rights.
Privacy and security
Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes. We may contact you occasionally via email with offers and information that may be of interest to you, but you may unsubscribe from this service at any time by following the instructions within the email.
All information gathered including any information given at the time of ordering is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
